Hosting service backups

Monday, August 2nd, 2010

As we’ve just completed our monthly file backups, we thought it would be a good time to remind everyone of how our backup services work. We take our hosting services very seriously, and as part of our redundancy and protection systems, we take regular backups of your site. File backups are taken once a month, and database backups are taken once a week. Your backups are stored offsite for one month.

If you need to access your backup, please contact us as soon as possible to have the greatest chance of recovering your important files and website.

* Resellers are responsible for their own backup and redundancy procedures.

Website Hosting Packages released

Sunday, August 23rd, 2009

I am happy to announce that our website hosting packages have just been finalised! We have three different packages, ranging from $120 a year to just $40 per year! Also, we can customise a package to suit your website’s needs.

Each hosting package supports PHP, MySQL, Perl and CGI. Your account will include cPanel so that you can manage your email addresses, subdomains and files, and also keep track of your monthly bandwidth usage.

If you don’t yet have a website, why not ask us to design one for you? Purchasing a website and hosting from Trystal Tech entitles you to a discount, and you get it all set up and ready to go without needing to worry about a thing.

Please check them out here: http://www.trystaltech.com.au/website-design-development/website-hosting/
