   1. Download the file (skype_on_ssl.zip)
   2. Extract the ZIP file
   3. Open the &#039;insert_code.txt&#039; in Notepad, and change the 2 occurences of &#039;YOUR_USERNAME&#039; to your Skype username.
   4. Save &#039;insert_code.txt&#039;
   5. Upload the &#039;skype&#039; folder to your webserver
   6. Now copy all of the text from &#039;insert_code.txt&#039; and overwrite your existing Skype web status button on your secure webpage
   7. Done!</description>

A quick note that I forgot to mention - you need to have your currently logged in Skype client set to &#039;Allow my status to be shown from the web&#039; - you can set this in Options. Otherwise SkypeStatusFlick can&#039;t help you, as Skype&#039;s servers will return &#039;Offline&#039; no matter what your status is.

I&#039;d love if it people could post back their feedback - did it work for you? If not, what happened?</description>
